About Us


The seed GRS Infra was sown when Mr. Rane Narendrakumar Madhukar and Mr. Sreedar Kommineni worked together in the Indian Army and came to Nashik post their retirement. Having a wide exposure, their observation was that the middle class or the underprivileged public lived in extremely basic living conditions, with minimum to no amenities at their disposal. India is a developing economy with a rapidly expanding population. Regardless, many residents continue to live in deplorable conditions. With the ambition of improving the lifestyle of the working class, GRS Infra was founded in the year 2021, where the Managing Directors aim is to offer to the public affordable homes. The projects that this firm will undertake will be designed to meet the needs of the middle-class populace.

Mr. Madhukar and Mr. Kommineni have always been invested in development, which is why for their first Project Sky One, Nashik Road area is chosen, as it has the potential for manifold betterment. They are focused on providing ‘perfect homes’ lavish with all modern utilities and facilities by offering customized homes, where the customers can personalize their homes in terms of amenities, area and more!

GRS Infra also offers loan benefits to the public under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, which is a government of India initiative that was established in 2015 to provide affordable homes to the urban poor by 2022. Eligible members of society can obtain a loan at a low-interest rate and return it within 20 years under this plan. It is a move made by the Indian government to help the urban poor fulfill their ambition of owning a home. We at GRS share the similar objective of providing affordable housing and improving the living conditions of the working class, and have permitted the capability of making use of this yojana’s loan benefits.
